Demand that Nebraska State Senators reject the Pillen Plan!
108th Nebraska Legislature
Governor Jim Pillen's highly regressive property tax plan would shift tax burden onto sales tax, lead to an end to things that Nebraska needs, such as affordable housing, increase the cost of food by taxing production, etc. It would also give Pillen himself, the largest producer of pork in the state, a nearly $1 million property tax cut that he doesn't need. Sign this petition to show him that we are willing to organize and flex our collective muscle against this plan.
