Don't Deport Noe!

Petition to: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

We need your support to prevent the deportation of Noe Vasquez Vasquez (A#207-449-308) a 20 year-old undocumented youth who lost his DACA status due to financial hardships. Noe is a son, a brother, an aspiring wildlife firefighter, and he needs your help!

Noe came to the United States at the age of 4 with his family to pursue a better life and opportunities. Noe and his family live in the state of Washington and since his arrival to the United States he has worked hard to accomplish his dreams and help his family. Noe lives in a mixed-status family and his 16 year-old sister, who is a U.S. citizen, would be devastated if Noe is deported.

Noe first received DACA in 2015 and upon graduating from high school he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a wildlife firefighter for the state of Washington. DACA allowed Noe to not only get a job but also to get a driver’s license and become financially independent. Noe worked for the State of Washington Department of Natural Resources (Northeast Region) training to become a Wildlife Firefighter. However, due to financial hardships he was unable to renew his DACA and he was laid off on the same day his DACA expired. Since the summer of 2017, Noe has been DACA-less and on January 13th he was detained by ICE.

Noe would have benefited from the countless versions of the Dream Act that have been introduced over the years. If Congress would’ve done its job weeks/years ago, Noe would not be in detention but rather helping put out wildlife fires and saving lives in the state of Washington. Currently, Noe is being held at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington. We are working with local activists, Colectiva Legal (Noe’s legal representatives), and family members to #FreeNoe. We STILL need more support!

We need your to help to urge Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to free Noe so that he can be reunited with his family and community. Please sign this petition and share!

Noe also needs you financial support to cover his legal defense. Contribute to Noe's Freedom (Legal Defense) Fund today: http://bit.ly/NoesFreedomFund

*Your information will not be shared. We will reach out to you with updates and similar calls to actions as we continue to advocate for social justice. Thank you!
