DROP THE LAWSUIT AND DROP OUR BALLOTS!

This is the most important election of our lifetime. The fate of our democracy and perhaps the planet hinges on a Democratic landslide, and Pennsylvania is Battleground Zero. Too many seeds of confusion, fear, and doubt regarding voting by mail (VBM) have already been sown. Mail-in ballots need to be printed and sent to voters NOW. Unfortunately, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party is obstructing the creation of our mail-in ballots by refusing to drop its lawsuit against the Green Party.
On September 9, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that the Green Party presidential candidate can stay on the ballot. The following day, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party filed an intent to appeal the case to the state Supreme Court. They must not be allowed to go ahead with this appeal. It needs to be dropped immediately. Please sign this petition and share it as widely as possible.

Our democracy is in mortal danger. The Keystone State could hold the key to its survival, but the Pennsylvania Democratic Party is imperiling it at this critical junction. Too many seeds of confusion, fear, and doubt about voting by mail have already been sown, and the delay in dropping the ballots is helping them grow. We cannot afford to waste any more time. It is unconscionable and inexcusable that our party is contributing to voter anxiety and delaying VBM. Mail-in ballots need to be dropped NOW; this is far more critical than continuing the lawsuit against the Green Party. We demand that the Pennsylvania Democratic party represent the interests of voters and drop the appeal of the Commonwealth Court ruling immediately.
