Enter the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment to the US Constitution

President Joseph Biden and US Attorney General Merrick Garland

"We the People" have already fulfilled the requirement for the ratification process for the Equal Rights Amendment, commonly known as the ERA, by having two-thirds (2/3) of the states vote in favor of it becoming an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. We now urge that the President of the United States and/or U.S. Attorney General instruct the archivist to enter the ERA as the Twenty-Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The ERA provides that “equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex,” and it specifies that “the Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.” This fundamental right has too long been denied to over one half of the population of the United States. The time for the implementation of this basic right is now. Justice can no longer be delayed or denied.

President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland, we ask that you act now to have the ERA entered as the Twenty-Eighth Amendment to the Constitution without any further delay.
