Frontier Airlines: Don't Play With Flight Attendants' Livelihood

Frontier CEO Barry Biffle and Senior Management

Clouds with text saying SIGN NOW. Turn this plan around, Frontier!

Frontier Airlines’s new business model makes it impossible for Flight Attendants to earn a fair paycheck and makes service worse for passengers.

Previously, many Flight Attendants worked overnight and multi-day trips. Under the new business plan, Frontier only really offers Flight Attendants same-day (turn) trips.

This upended our lives and our livelihood. It forces new costs on Flight Attendants, dramatically changing the number of days per month we need to work to earn a living, and disrupting our lives and time with our loved ones.

These changes are about one thing: corporate greed. Stand up for Flight Attendants and passenger service at Frontier by signing our petition.

I am writing to urge you to bargain over the impact of Frontier’s new business model, which takes away overnight and multi-day trips from Frontier Flight Attendants This limits our ability to make a living wage.

Flight Attendants have gone through tremendous changes with Frontier throughout its history and have stood by Frontier through thick and thin.

I stand with Flight Attendants who are now simply asking that you bargain over the impact of the new business model. By forcing the Flight Attendants to commute to work every day, you are ending the ability to commute, upending their lives and livelihoods.

This negatively affects more than 54% of the Frontier Flight Attendants. Flight Attendants have been forced to resign as the cost of commuting, including the cost of nightly hotels and meals, takes far too much of their paychecks. In addition to these extra costs, most Flight Attendants are working many more days to make the same amount of money, cutting into their time with loved ones.

This decision to become a turn airline harms Flight Attendants' income and quality of life. Many Flight Attendants have been forced to leave Frontier as a result.
It’s time to bargain with Frontier Flight Attendants over the impact of this business model change.
