Mitch McConnell is threatening to block ANYONE President Obama nominates to replace Antonin Scalia.
This is nothing but a partisan coup d'etat--an attempt to strip President Obama of his constitutional authority with more than a year left in office.
The person who replaces Justice Scalia will decide the result of cases affecting abortion rights, Citizens United, the survival of labor unions, voting rights, gerrymandering, and much, much more.
We can't risk that Ted Cruz or Donald Trump would get to make that choice.
