5G technology uses new types of radiofrequency (RF) radiation to transmit large amounts of data, and 5G signals travel further than traditional 3G or 4G small antennas.

With the installation of more cell antennas in our neighborhoods, the close proximity to our homes, apartments, schools, and playgrounds, means that our kids will be constantly exposed to a proven health hazard. This is especially concerning for our people living with pre-existing health conditions.

Your signature is important because in order to pass a city ordinance we must first show community support. This will be critical in persuading city council members to propose and vote for a resolution for a safer rollout. This resolution will call for monitoring of RF emissions, proper notification to both renters and homeowners. This notification will be accessible to both English and Spanish speakers and will ensure that community involvement is always a component of future telecommunication advancements. Once the resolution has been passed then it will turn into a city ordinance.
