Menzies are proposing below inflation pay increases of 3%, 3.5%, and 3.5%.
This is not a generous offer. It is a real pay cut.
The company also want to increase the maximum hours of work to 10 hours per shift without paying overtime or giving you three consecutive days off and removing the cap on the amount of consecutive days you can be rostered for!
