We, the undersigned, support the rights of teachers and staff at the Noble Charter Network to organize a union, because we believe that empowered educators create supportive teaching and learning environments. A union also improves decision-making at schools by including teacher and staff voices, improves school culture by making work sustainable, and, most importantly, improves educators’ ability to help students achieve the best possible futures.​

We ask that the CEO, Michael Milkie, the Noble Board of Directors, and Noble Principals agree to a fair process by which educators can exercise their right to speak and organize openly, free of interference or influence.​​

Nosotros, los suscritos, apoyamos los derechos de los profesores y personal del Noble Charter Network de formar un sindicato porque creemos que los educadores empoderados estimulan ambientes de enseñanza y aprendizaje más caritativo. Además, al incluír las voces de los maestros y personal, un sindicato mejora el proceso de hacer decisiones en las escuelas, mejora la cultura escolar al hacer que el trabajo sea sostenible y—aún más importante—mejora la habilidad de los educadores de ayudar a los estudiantes a lograr los mejores futuros posibles.
