Have you had trouble paying back your student loans? Have you received conflicting or confusing information when contacting your student loan servicer (the company that collects your loan payments)?

Paying back your student loans shouldn’t require you to know more than the loan servicer.

Tell the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) that all student loan servicers should be required to share all the options available to borrowers to help reduce, or even eliminate, their student loan debt.

If your student loan servicer has provided you with incomplete information, share your story in the comments section to help build a strong case.
