Last week Habersham sheriff’s deputies wrongfully raided my family’s home with a no knock warrant and in the process they threw a flash stun grenade in my sons crib while he was sleeping.

The flash stun grenade tore apart our dearly loved child's face, caused his lung to collapse, and he’s now in very serious condition.

We are shocked and devastated and demand answers. We want a full investigation, we want policy changes that insure no family ever has to endure this type of pain again, we want charges brought against the officers that ordered this immoral action against our family and our innocent baby.

We ask that everybody pray for our child, he’s not doing well.

BIG UPDATE:  Initially Habersham County agreed to pay the hospital bill for Baby Bounkham "Bou Bou" Phonesavanh, NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY! This is an outrage!

We are asking you to call/email Habersham county manager,  Phillip Sutton,  with a simple message:

Hello my name is ________________. I am deeply troubled that Habersham County has broken their promise to pay for the hospital bill for Baby Bounkham "Bou Bou" Phonesavanh. Habersham County is responsible for this terrible act and I call on you to ensure the County pays it's dept to these victims of needless violence.
