Justice for Noland and family to stay in Aotearoa
House of Representatives

Noland Kinney is a Filipino dairy farmer who has lived in Aotearoa with his family for almost a decade. Due to discriminatory Acceptable Standard of Health (ASH) immigration requirements, he risks being sent away from Tokoroa where his family have built their lives.
Noland and his family are embedded in the farming community here. His wife's family have lived in Aotearoa for 26 years and his children have grown up going to school in Tokoroa. The family have nothing back in the Philippines; Aotearoa is their home now.
No one should have their immigration status penalised due to health or disability. We call on the House of Representatives to recognise the injustice and human rights breaches of the Acceptable standard of Health requirements and grant Noland Kinney New Zealand residency.
