Sign the petition: Mr. Trump, Don't Turn Your Back on 178,394 Working West Virginians

Donald J. Trump

The Affordable Care Act is not a perfect law.  But there are over 178,394 workers in West Virginia who finally have health care because of it.

We are workers.  We are home health care workers, construction workers, restaurant workers, service staff, and security guards.  We work for companies that don't offer health insurance, and the Expanded Medicaid is our only shot at insurance.  Many of us are small business owners too, and the Affordable Care Act is the only thing keeping us from going bankrupt.

You can read more about how WV Republicans and Democrats are united in support of expanded Medicaid here.  You can read stories about how this coverage helps families and entrepreneurs here.

Mr. Trump, the Affordable Care Act can be improved, but in speeches you have said you would repeal it "on Day 1."  If you do that, 178,394 working West Virginians will be without health care, and our politicians, hospitals, and doctors will be left to pick up the pieces.  Please protect the workers, families, and small businesses of West Virginia.
