One issue that crosses party lines? Lowering prescription drug prices.

Congress

Voters may not be thinking about the 2022 election yet, but they are tired of paying the world’s highest prescription drug prices.

According to a recent survey, a sizeable number of seniors would cross party lines to back a candidate who supports allowing Medicare to negotiate prescription drug prices.

In this survey released by the Alliance for Retired Americans, 31% of Republican seniors would be more likely to vote for a Democratic candidate who supports giving Medicare the ability to negotiate prescription drug prices.
