One Job Should Be Enough
Jeffco Board of Education
The middle class is under attack and the essential workers in Jeffco Public Schools are feeling it deeply. Many of our important school workers, like custodians, bus drivers, tutors, and more, are living on poverty wages because the district continues to hoard money at the top of the salary scale. We need your help to make our voices heard in the fight for fair wages. Here at JESPA, we believe one job should be enough.

I demand that you support the essential workers in Jeffco Public Schools by paying them a living wage!
As a member of this community I value the important role essential workers play in supporting students through tutoring, food service, transportation, custodial, and more. School can't happen without them, and I know they're suffering due to the school district hoarding money at the top.
Many of our full-time, fully employed essential workers are forced to visit food banks and other public assistance to support their families, while still showing up every day to support the children of our community.
I believe that one job should be enough.
I demand that you honor the work of the people who keep our schools running by paying them a living wage now! One job should be enough.
