We need policies that enable Oregonians to work, live and care for their loved ones. Oregon should have strong benefits, including paid family and medical leave, so people have the flexibility to have a good work and life balance without fear of losing their job.

This means having freedom to help an aging or ill loved one, the opportunity to take paid leave with a serious illness, or after the birth or adoption of a child.

It's time to make guaranteed paid family and medical leave the law in Oregon.
