The United States Congress

An Amendment affirming that the terms "People" and "Persons" as stated within in the U.S. Constitution and all other Federal documents, applies to individuals conceived in nature by two human beings, and given life organically through natural birth.

No institution or entity derived by way of Law, or Scientific experiment shall be afforded these rights, and shall always be held as subservient to natural born citizens.
