Restore Reproductive Freedom in West Virginia

Governor Jim Justice

I believe West Virginians should have the fundamental and basic freedom to decide what is best for themselves and their families when it comes to reproductive health care. And I believe West Virginia doctors should be able to provide medical care for their patients without fear of prosecution.

I am respectfully calling on you to include a constitutional amendment restoring reproductive freedom on the agenda for the special session.
