Please oppose the Financial CHOICE Act, which would gut the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, hurt consumers, and put our economy at risk of collapse from Wall Street’s risky and abusive practices yet again. This legislation would compromise important safeguards and cripple the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which has already returned nearly $12 billion to consumers ripped off by the financial industry.
