We deserve a strong contract that includes the following:
- Stronger job security and layoff protections
- Competitive wages that allow us to live with dignity and not paycheck-to-paycheck
- Flexible working options that are fair and equitable
- Elimination of parking fees so that our raises actually go in our pockets
- Competitive benefits, including but not limited to lower out-of-pocket health insurance costs and tuition reimbursement for part-timers
