Roe Is In Danger: Tell Congress to Protect Our Right To Choose

Congress

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has just announced that they will take up a case with the potential to overturn Roe.

For decades, the anti-choice plan has been to stack the courts, hold state houses, and create the most extreme, radically right-wing Supreme Court in a generation—all with the intention of overturning Roe.

Let's be clear: This case is unlike the ones we've seen before that chip away at abortion access. Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is a direct shot at Roe, so the stakes are even higher. If SCOTUS rules in a way that overturns Roe, 21 states have laws on the books that would limit abortion access—including 10 states which have total or near-total bans.

President Biden has committed to codifying Roe into law regardless of what the outcome of this case is—but Congress needs to pass the law. We're writing to Congress to ask them to protect our fundamental right to choose. With Roe in danger like never before and the reproductive rights of millions of Americans on the line, we urgently need action. Will you sign on?

Dear Congress,

The Supreme Court has just announced that they'll hear Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization—a case that has the potential to overturn Roe v. Wade, gutting abortion access for millions of Americans.

The stakes are incredibly high: If SCOTUS rules in a way that overturns Roe, 21 states have laws on the books that would limit abortion access—including 10 states which have outright total or near-total bans.

President Biden has committed to codifying Roe, but Congress needs to pass the bill. Today, we're joining together to remind you that we are a majority prochoice nation, and body autonomy is one of our most sacred and fundamental freedoms. Will you take immediate action to protect our reproductive freedom, regardless of this case's outcome?

Sincerely,
