Save the Florida Bears and the Panthers and the Manatees

People of Florida

We've spoken up before, and they won't listen. Last year the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) approved a statewide hunt to kill Florida's black bears, despite overwhelming resistance from the public. They opted to postpone a hunt for this year, but in the long term we must work to place a constitutional amendment on the ballot to stop the FWC from allowing the slaughter of our black bears -- or any other species currently or formerly listed on the Endangered Species Act -- without the public's consent. Join with me to support a ballot initiative to protect Florida's wildlife from the commission charged with their protection.
