Right now, Republicans in Washington are preparing to destroy Medicare by handing it over to the greedy insurance industry in return for campaign donations and lobbyist cash. Medicare is a fundamental tool of economic security -- a guarantee that seniors will not be denied health care because they can’t afford it. Paul Ryan and his fellow Republicans want to end that guarantee.
