Former U.S. Postmaster General Brennan says the coronavirus pandemic is threatening the postal service's ability to operate. Without support it may be forced to shut down.
Congress tried to include funding -- but the Trump Administration blocked it.
That's outrageous. Millions of seniors rely on our postal system for critical services and voters of all ages need to be able to vote by mail during the 2020 election.
The U.S. Postal Service should not be used as a political pawn. Congress must include funding to protect the postal service without delay.
