#SaveTPS from Trump

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi

Trump just ended TPS, temporary protected status for tens of thousands of people from Haiti. TPS is a humanitarian program that allows people fleeing natural disasters and war to rebuild their lives here. Guided by a racist, xenophobic agenda, his administration has already ended TPS for people from Nicaragua and Sudan. In the next month, Trump will decide the fate of 250,000 people from El Salvador. More TPS decisions for people from Syria, Nepal, Honduras, Yemen and Somalia are due next year.

Unless we act now.

Several bills are now in Congress that provide relief to people with TPS. We need Rep. Pelosi to champion legislation that extends TPS for all ten countries and allows permanent protection.

Tell Rep. Pelosi, we need her leadership to #SaveTPS and pass a #CleanDreamAct.

Sign the petition AND call Rep. Pelosi at (415) 556-4862.

"Hi my name is ______,

I'm calling to urge Leader Pelosi to lead the way in passing a #CleanDreamAct and saving TPS. TPS affects hundreds of thousands of people and their families. We need to extend TPS for all of them and provide permanent relief."

Hundreds of thousands of people from El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras and other countries have fled natural disasters and war and are able to rebuild their lives by being granted TPS, temporary protected status. Now they are in jeopardy. Trump has already ended TPS for people from Haiti, Nicaragua and Sudan.

We need your leadership to save TPS. We urge you to champion legislation that extends TPS for all ten countries and provides permanent relief.

Immigrant families are under attack from Trump and his administration. Whether it's for DACA recipients, undocumented parents, or people with TPS, we ask you to fight back with us and do all we can to save TPS and pass a clean DREAM Act.
