Republicans handed massive tax breaks to the richest 1% and multinational corporations. Now, 233 Members of Congress voted for a phony so-called "Balanced Budget Amendment" that would steal Social Security's $2.9 trillion trust fund, effectively forcing automatic cuts to benefits.
