SIGN NOW: DEMAND CONGRESS REQUIRE THE RICH AND CORPORATIONS PAY AT LEAST $4 TRILLION MORE IN TAXES

U.S. Congress

As the House and Senate debate the size and scope of the investments in our future, it’s up to us to demand the wealthy and corporations pay at least $4 trillion more in taxes over the next decade. When they do, we’ll begin building an economy that rewards work over wealth―and puts working people first.

A recent investigative report by ProPublica found that the 25 wealthiest Americans paid a paltry tax rate of just 3.4% on how much their wealth increased between 2014 and 2018. And many of these billionaires paid $0 in federal income taxes in several of those years.

At the same time, 55 of the largest corporations paid $0 in taxes in 2020―thanks in part to the Trump-GOP tax scam.

Fixing our tax code is essential to creating an economy that benefits all of us.

Sign the petition demanding Congress require the wealthy and corporations pay at least $4 trillion more in taxes, over the next decade, in the forthcoming budget being debated in the House and Senate right now.
