A few months ago Congressional Republicans passed the Trump tax scam, which blew a $1.5 trillion hole in the national debt. Now, they want to pass a dishonest and dangerous “balanced budget amendment,” which would make it nearly impossible to make the rich and corporations pay their fair share of taxes and, instead, effectively mandate deep cuts to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, education and a lot more.

Paul Ryan and House Republicans are planning on holding a vote on the balanced budget amendment this Thursday.
