At Noble Charter schools in Chicago, teachers are allegedly “audited” on how they discipline kids rather than how they teach students. There are strict dress codes, and students have restricted bathroom usage.

As a result, a disturbing NPR profile reported teenage girls who are going through their period at these charter schools have to bleed in their pants during class.
