Kellyanne Conway broke federal law when she used her official government capacity to go on Fox News to promote Ivanka Trump's clothing line.

She later violated the Hatch Act by using her government job to promote Republican Roy Moore in the Alabama special election.

And she used taxpayer funds to travel on private jets with former Health Secretary Tom Price.

But while all this was investigated by the Office of Special Counsel with a finding that she broke the law, any disciplinary action rests with Donald Trump—who couldn't care less.

There is another way to punish Conway: the media can refuse to put her on the air. It's no longer simply a question that she lies. She uses her appearances to break the law.

Why provide Kellyanne Conway the opportunity to repeat her offenses?
