Sign the petition to President Biden: Remove Ginni Thomas from the Library of Congress Trust Fund Board
President Biden
Ginni Thomas, right-wing activist and wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, is currently a federal government official. She was appointed by Donald Trump in May 2020 for a five year term to the Library of Congress Trust Fund Board.
The Trust Fund Board manages more than $200 million in donations and investments for the Library. Board members are not paid, but can be reimbursed for expenses.
President Biden has removed Trump appointees from other posts. Thomas should be added to the list. Her role during the January 6 attack on our nation — coupled with her on-going embrace of efforts to undermine our democracy — make her unfit for any position in government, let alone one overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in federal money.

Ginni Thomas' efforts to overturn a free and fair election make her a threat to democracy and should disqualify her for any role of public trust. Remove her from the Library of Congress Trust Fund Board.
