“After Mr. Plaza was deported early Saturday morning, ICE again issued a false statement saying he was still in detention, pending his application for a stay. The Plaza Family, however, confirms he is in Mexico.”

Luis is a father of 6 children --three of them are U.S. citizens, one of them is a green card holder, and two more are DACA recipients. He came to the United States in 2002 with one dream: to provide a better life for himself and his family. The Plaza family has already been under a lot of anxiety since President Trump ended the DACA program, which protected two of their kids, and now the main provider of their family has been deported.

One of the most distressed members of his family is Leo, the youngest one of six. Leo is a  7- year-old that has been diagnosed with autism. Instead of enjoying his days as a young child, he wakes up in the middle of the night crying and asking for his dad.  

We need to push ICE Field Director Simona Flores to bring Luis back. Sign this petition right now to make sure Luis returns to his family!
