SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS CALL TO ACTION

Springfield Township Board of Commissioners

Attention Springfield Residents,

The Fair Districts PA resolution to end gerrymandering is in the process of being proposed to your Township Board of Commissioners. The resolution calls for fair, independent, nonpartisan redistricting reform and asks every elected official who represents the voters of Springfield to publicly support and work for passage of that legislation.

The resolution is also a tool that builds consensus around reform and pressures our State Representatives and Senators to get HB722 and SB22 out of committee and passed. At this point, there’s doubt that all members of Springfield’s Supervisor Board are willing to adopt the resolution and help the people of Pennsylvania make this crucial statement.
