Stand with the Condé Union! Tell Condé if management wants productivity, the union needs flexibility!

Starting on March 3, Condé Nast is enforcing a four-day Return To Office policy to — according to management — enhance “productivity.”

Condé sold office space during the pandemic, so most Condé Union members don’t have their own desks. Places to work without distraction, conduct sensitive interviews, or even take a call or meeting are in increasingly short supply.

We’re a global company working on mostly digital publications. Commuting into crowded offices during flu season to take Zoom calls does not enhance “productivity” or strengthen “our culture.”

What this is really about is control.

Tell management that you stand with the Condé Union! If management wants productivity, workers need flexibility!
