UC Board of Regents, San Francisco Board of Supervisors and San Francisco Planning Commission

HAC, SF YIMBY, and the Bay Area Council are excited to support UCSF’s new Parnassus Heights campus plan as an opportunity to build a new hospital and expand health care access for our community, and also improve our neighborhoods and our city through increased housing, jobs, open space, and mobility.

UCSF's plan will more than double housing that is currently at their Parnassus Heights campus and would contribute 1,263 net new units over the plan's lifetime. Learn more here.

Please sign the petition to let the Board of Supervisors, the SF Planning Commission and Department know you support a new hospital, new homes, and new transit solutions for San Francisco. If you're interested in joining our coalition, reach out to Corey@sfhac.org.

Dear UC Board of Regents, the Board of Supervisors and the San Francisco Planning Commission,

I'm signing this petition to voice my strong support for UCSF’s new Parnassus Heights campus plan and community investments because it will bring improved health care access, much-needed new housing, jobs, and improved mobility to this transit-rich neighborhood.

The campus plan will also stimulate the local economy by providing thousands of new construction jobs and an estimated 4,000 permanent positions. I also greatly appreciate the extent to which UCSF and the City have been working together to develop a plan for how to improve UCSF's surrounding neighborhoods, including the Inner Sunset, Cole Valley, and Haight Ashbury.

UCSF's plan will more than double housing that is currently at their Parnassus Heights campus and would contribute 1,263 net new units over the plan's lifetime.

Given this enormous opportunity to build a new hospital, expand access to health care, and improve our city through increased housing, jobs, open space, and mobility, I urge you to support this plan so that a new hospital, new transit solutions, and new homes will have a lasting and highly beneficial impact for thousands upon thousands of San Francisco residents.

Thank you very much for your consideration.
