Flight Attendants are the face of Alaska Airlines. We're on the front lines of making the airline successful without the pay and work rules to match. Despite this, we continue to show up every day so that you can get to where you need to be. We showed up during the pandemic. We ensured passengers could get where they needed to go in the face of unprecedented dangers. We’re red hot and ready to do what it takes to reach a new contract – a contract that recognizes our contribution.

  • Alaska Flight Attendants are seeking pay and work-rule improvements. We have only received minimal pay raises since 2014 and are often forced to work overtime and on days off.
  • When contract negotiations began, management promised top-of-industry pay rates. When it came time for them to uphold their promise, they fell short.
  • Flight Attendants are not paid for most time on the ground, including during boarding and deplaning, resulting in hours of unpaid work each day.
  • Alaska recorded high profits and record revenues in 2022 and continues to grow. The company has plenty of money to fairly compensate its Flight Attendants.

Flight Attendants have done our part to contribute to Alaska's success. Now it's management's turn to recognize that contribution. Add your name to the list of Alaska Airlines customers and community members and tell Alaska Airlines executive management to deliver a fair contract for Flight Attendants!
