Dear Members of the Redwood City Council,

We write to voice our strong support for building 540 new homes in Redwood City located at 1304 and 1601 El Camino Real.

This proposed development includes 147 subsidized affordable homes, making this mixed-income housing accessible to families with extremely low to moderate income levels. It also makes on-site childcare available and provides more than one acre of new public outdoor space for all to enjoy.

These homes adhere to the highest environmental standards and conform to Redwood City’s existing zoning and General Plan. Please join the community in supporting this well-designed, well-located and much-need housing so more people can call Redwood City Home.
