Support Recovery-Friendly Workplace Cultures. Let’s Get to Work!

Governor Evers

This is a call to action for all recovery community leaders and organizations to petition that Governor Evers launch a Recovery-Friendly Workplace initiative in Wisconsin!

We are asking you today to take action and sign our petition urging Governor Tony Evers to launch a Recovery-Friendly Workplace initiative in Wisconsin.

Employers who have a recovery friendly environment send a strong message to their communities that they understand the importance of a solution-focused approach by addressing addiction and behavioral health head on. Serve You Rx has a culture and credo that is recovery friendly and is on a mission to get other businesses onboard to embrace their social responsibility as corporate citizens and establish their companies as Recovery-Friendly Workplaces (RFWs).

RFWs encourage a healthy and safe environment where employers, employees, and communities can collaborate to create positive change and eliminate barriers for those impacted by addiction. RFWs support their communities by recognizing recovery from substance use disorder as a strength and by being willing to work intentionally with people in recovery.

Join us in urging the State of Wisconsin to initiate a program that supports and recognizes businesses that adopt a RFW culture and provide education, information, and resources promoting health, well-being, and recovery, for individuals affected by substance use disorder and their family members.
