The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade, abandoning 50 years of precedent and stripping women of their federally protected right to privacy.

Without federal protection, reproductive rights are in grave danger in Iowa. We need to send a strong message to Republican politicians in Iowa who will see this as their opportunity to outlaw abortion in every instance: the majority of Iowans support safe and legal abortion.
