Sign this open letter to demand that Phil Tagami (CEO of OBOT and OGRE) and Vikas Tandon (CEO of the Autumn Wind Hedge Fund) drop their lawsuit, OBOT & OGRE v City of Oakland, and end their threat to turn Oakland into the largest coal exporting city on the West Coast.

By insisting on a right to ship coal when the world is turning away from coal, you and your respective companies are chasing quick construction / development profits while taxpayers will be left holding the bag when the coal export scheme collapses.

Oaklanders are eager to get to work on a plan that makes sense for one of the few remaining undeveloped parcels on our public waterfront. NO COAL IN OAKLAND!
