There are no laws to prevent pharmaceutical corporations from engaging in anti-competitive practices during the Coronavirus outbreak.
That means that millions of Americans may not be able to afford medicines to prevent or treat Coronavirus in the future due to price. Congress needs to make sure that any treatments and vaccines are affordable for everyone who needs them.
Wealthy pharmaceutical corporations shouldn't get a windfall from a global pandemic -- especially when taxpayers are funding the research that will lead to treatments and vaccines.
Tell Congress they must take action to prevent pharmaceutical industry price-gouging and monopolies on coronavirus drugs immediately.
