Last week news broke that six women accused Florida state Senator and ALEC member Jack Latvala of sexual harassment. Now we've learned that he has temporarily stepped down as Florida state Senate appropriations chairman. As was the case with Ohio state Senator Cliff Hite, ALEC has yet to comment on Senator Jack Latvala's behavior. While Cliff Hite resigned his Senate seat, Jack Latvala is still in office and under investigation.
