Thousands of Casino workers and their families are pleading with elected officials to protect the Health of all casino workers! In 2006 the Surgeon General of the United States proclaimed there is no acceptable level of secondhand smoke and here we are in 2024 still fighting for the fundamental right to breath clean air! Stand with us and end this injustice and save lives.

I am calling on you to ban smoking in casinos in New Jersey. In 2006 the Attorney General of the United States proclaimed there is no acceptable level of secondhand smoke and here we are in 2024 still fighting for the fundamental right to breath clean air! This is unacceptable and unsafe for both workers, their families, and the public!
