President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Alabama) as his nominee for the 84th attorney general of the United States. Simply put, he is NOT fit to be attorney general for this country.

Senator Sessions is a man who has a history of restricting immigrants' rights, religious liberty, voting rights, LGBT rights, reproductive rights, and criminal justice reform. He labeled the Voting Rights Act as "a piece of intrusive legislation" and prosecuted civil rights activists for registering black voters. Jeff Sessions is not the man to lead the Justice Department.
