Tell tech companies to stop helping ICE hurt kids
Tech companies with ICE contracts
In the news, big tech companies are speaking out against immigration policies like separating children and babies from their parents. But, behind our back, some of these same companies are quietly helping ICE and Border Patrol, and have multimillion dollar contracts with the agencies.
- Microsoft’s contract is $19.4 million
- Dell’s contract is $22 million
- Motorola’s contract is $15 million
- Hewlett Packard Enterprises’ contract is $76 million
- Salesforce has a contract Border Patrol to make border activities “more efficient”
The same tech companies that we allow in our homes and workplaces are assisting with and profiting from inhumane policies that separate families, hurt children, and block individuals from getting to safety.
This has to stop. And fortunately, pressure is already growing. Hundreds of Microsoft employees have called on the company to drop their contract with ICE. If enough of us speak out, we can get all these companies to cut their ties.
