For months, people across the country and leading Presidential candidates have been calling for a debate focused on climate change.

The Democratic National Committee responded by refusing to host a climate debate and threatening to ban any candidate who participates in a climate debate from any future debates.

After hundreds of young people sat-in outside their national headquarters, they reconsidered and agreed to hold a vote at their August 22-24th meeting on whether to hold a #ClimateDebate. As members from each state are deciding how they will vote, we need everyone to join us in calling for a #ClimateDebate.

Our survival is at stake. It’s time for the political and media establishment to act like it.
