A harsh law has forced the Post Office to pre-fund retiree health care for years, threatening its ability to continue to effectively serve Americans.

The Postal Service Reform Act (H.R. 3076), which passed the U.S. House this week, will repeal the harsh funding mandate and save USPS nearly $50 billion over 10 years.
