Wells Fargo is the bank of choice for the NRA and its political action committee, which doles out money to politicians who oppose gun reform. Wells Fargo is also one of the top lenders to gun manufacturers.
We reached out to Wells Fargo and asked it to help mitigate gun violence. We asked it to value children and teachers over guns. But Wells Fargo chose the NRA and the gun manufacturers, and unlike the other banks, refused to lift a finger to help change policy. So, we withdrew our business from Wells Fargo.
