We would like to send our deepest gratitude for all the sacrifices you make in order to make this country function. You are the pillars that lifts this country up. You are the motor that keeps this country moving. You are the people this country depends on.

You are the people who have blisters on their feet from walking miles through the desert without knowing what awaits them on the other side of the border.

You are the people who work from sunrise to sunset on plantations to provide fruits and vegetables to our tables.

You are the men and women who wake up at 3 am to work in restaurants, hotels, universities, libraries, etc.

You are the people who who work all night to keep your streets, parking lots, and schools clean.

You are our babysitters, housekeepers, and domestic workers.

Without you, this country's economy would come to a halting stop. If you were, for just one week, to stop working and buying, this country would finally recognize that it depends on you. #builtbyus

Ustedes son el hombres y mujeres que cruzaron fronteras para escapar inestabilidad política, social y económica causada por la intervención política de los Estados Unidos.

Ustedes son las personas que tienen ampollas en sus pies de caminar millas por el desierto sin saber que les espera al otro lado de la frontera.

Ustedes son los que trabajan desde el amanecer hasta la puesta del sol en haciendas para poner frutas y verduras en nuestras mesas.

Ustedes son hombres y mujeres que se despiertan a las 3am para trabajar en restaurantes, hoteles, universidades, bibliotecas, etc.

Ustedes son los que trabajan toda la noche para mantener tus calles, parqueadero y escuelas limpias.

Ustedes son los que cuidan tus hijos, limpian tu casa y hacen el trabajo doméstico.

Sin ustedes, la economía de este país se caería por completo. Si usted, por una semana, dejan de trabajar y comprar, este país finalmente reconocería que depende de nosotros/as
