We, the undersigned, call on you to redirect your lawsuit, efforts and action to address the needs of the over 2.4 million voters in New Jersey that are unaffiliated or registered with one of the minor parties in New Jersey. All of us also deserve fair general elections and maximum representation. We, the Unaffiliated, Independents, Greens, Libertarians, Reform Party, Socialist Party, Constitution Party, and Natural Law Party also face "Ballot Siberia" every election here in New Jersey. The need for "leveling the playing field" to allow for fair competition should not be exclusively for those who align as Democrats but also with all of the above listed parties, plus the Republicans. To truly challenge the controlling powers in the mainstream political parties, we must all be included in the litigation, in the organizing and in the movement for a real democracy. We call on you to reconsider and amend your positions, lawsuit and strategy immediately and reach out to the representatives of these parties, their recent candidates for offices here in New Jersey so we can work together towards a better outcome.
